Flavor Manufacturing for Food and Beverage Industry
Custom & Stock Flavor Production
We manufacture both custom-developed and select stock flavor systems for commercial beverage and food applications.
Custom Flavors
Custom flavors are produced according to approved formulations developed for specific product concepts, processing methods, and performance requirements.
Stock Flavors
Stock flavors are manufactured using standardized formulations suitable for established applications or accelerated production timelines.
In both cases, production is structured to support consistent replication and reliable performance across manufacturing runs. Our focus is the development and manufacture of flavor systems. Finished beverage production, ingredient sourcing beyond flavor system, and related packaging operations are managed by the client or their contracted facility.
From Formulation to Production
Manufacturing begins with an approved formula structured for the intended application and scale. Once finalized, the formulation transitions into controlled batch production.
Production flow includes:
1
Application-Specific Formulation
Structured around processing environment and intended production scale.
2
Bench Development & Evaluation
Controlled small batch testing to validate flavor performance prior to scale-up.
3
Controlled Production Scale-Up
Transition from approved formula into documented batch manufacturing.
4
Ongoing Batch Consistency
Supported by documented batch procedures and lot traceability for consistent production replication.
Manufacturing Built for Consistency
Production is managed through documented batch procedures designed to ensure consistent performance across commercial beverage applications. Batch records are maintained for traceability and controlled replication.
Verified Raw Material Sourcing
Raw materials are obtained from approved suppliers and evaluated under our supplier verification and hazard review procedures to support ingredient safety and consistency.
Documented Batch Records
Each production run is executed under documented batch instructions with recorded lot numbers, weights, and processing verification to support controlled replication.
Lot Tracking and Traceability
Finished products are assigned lot identifiers linked to raw material lots and production records to maintain traceability in accordance with preventive control requirements.
Internal Quality Verification Prior to Release
Completed batches undergo internal review and release verification to confirm conformance to documented specifications prior to shipment.
Quality & Food Safety
Manufacturing is conducted under documented food safety and quality management programs structured in alignment with FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food. Our program includes hazard analysis, supplier verification, process controls, and foreign material screening procedures designed to support safe and consistent production.
Food safety documentation and supporting records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ingredient Quality and Evaluation
Ingredient quality directly influences finished flavor performance. Raw materials are selected based on supplier reliability, compositional integrity, and functional performance within the intended flavor system.
Materials may be evaluated both organoleptically and analytically to assess purity, freshness, and compatibility. Supplier sources are reviewed to determine which ingredient provides the most consistent and appropriate result for the application. Cost considerations are evaluated alongside performance, stability, and formulation impact. Ingredient selection balances technical performance with commercial practicality to support both product integrity and production feasibility.
Decisions are based on how ingredients perform within the complete flavor structure — not solely on specification sheets or price alone.
Packaging & Volume Options
Flavor products are supplied in packaging formats appropriate for commercial handling and storage. Packaging configurations support both pilot production and expanded commercial volume requirements.
Standard minimum order quantity: 4 x 1-gallon case (for most flavors)
Available packaging:
- 4 x 1-gallon cases
- 5-gallon pails
- 55-gallon drums
Orders exceeding 20 gallons typically transition to 5-gallon pail configuration for handling efficiency.
Production Lead Times
- Standard production lead time: 10 business days
- Peak season lead time: up to 15 business days
- Rush production may be available depending on material availability and scheduling capacity.
